This month we welcomed Oliver Saltmarsh (MSc) to the team. Oli has a strong science foundation and has worked in logistics, customer services and community support – before joining the recruitment industry. We’re excited to have him join us as Associate Talent Manager.
Oliver specialises in maintaining a fantastic level of quality across our pool of candidates in order to ensure we provide great opportunities to great people. He combines his ability to build relationships and understand people, with skills in data analytics to provide the best possible outcome for everyone.
Oliver is great man that moves getting outdoors, but also the kitchen, where he has recently started to perfect the art of sourdough loaves.
