Engineering Recruitment

Linda is a dream to work with.  She does such a great job of finding excellent candidates, and then providing excellent insight into their abilities and the all-important “fit”.

Many of our staff, sales, technical and operations, have backgrounds in food technology, science or engineering. For recruitment in these area’s we have used Scitex for around 10 years. We have found them to be easy to deal with, comprehensive, professional, fair and ethical. In our experience, these qualities are not necessarily as readily found as you would hope with recruitment companies. We appreciate that if there is something to discuss (recruitment process, candidates, fees) they are very approachable and easy to deal with in this respect. With respect to recruitment process, we would say it is important to be clear to any recruitment company over your processes so that there is alignment. But again we believe Scitex are easy to deal with around these and have themselves a comprehensive and ethical approach. We have found them supportive in terms of advertising roles overseas and helping facilitate recruitment of staff from overseas. They have always been available to provide honest information regarding labour markets/pay rates etc. We would recommend Scitex to any company looking to recruit in science, engineering or technical areas.
