Clarence has been in Recruitment & Talent Management for more than 15 years for various industries particularly in Engineering, Manufacturing, Construction, Telecommunications, Oil & Gas, Powerplant and Automotive. She started her journey in recruitment when she was in the Philippines where she gained experience in hiring and deploying candidates bound to other countries (overseas) mostly for manufacturing positions. Her journey in recruitment continued in Singapore where she handled important Engineering positions for companies based in Singapore and Malaysia. Since arriving in New Zealand, pre Scitex, she was given the opportunity to hire and help people in Telecommunications industry.
