Risiti spent just over ten years working in a GMP environment, gaining a thorough understanding of FDA regulations in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Without experience or a degree, she took pride in her role being exposed to a variety of responsibilities maintaining compliance; the significant number of challenges and achievements taught her know how to deal with curve balls.
Assisting and understanding people is a passion of hers; she is the type of person who strives to ensure the people around her feel safe, happy, and connected. After a bit of searching trying to find the right fit for herself, being passionate about helping people, having joined Scitex she finally found the right balance in the form of recruitment.
As a Workforce Coordinator (supporting our Temporary staff & contractor workforces) she will work closely with both candidates and clients, taking pride in her attention to detail as she finds the “perfect match” for both parties.
When she’s not working – she enjoys hanging out with family & friends, finding a bargain in op shop’s, and trying different local cuisine.
