About the Role:
Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of expanding market reach, strengthening client relationships, and driving sales in fireproofing solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with the fireproofing technical team and in-house fire lab engineers to craft tailored solutions for clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture relationships with specifiers, contractors, and industry leaders.
  • Identify new business opportunities while growing and maintaining existing accounts.
  • Deliver technical presentations to engineers, specifiers, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop customized passive fire protection solutions for clients.
  • Work with technical teams to refine products, improve documentation, and enhance customer experience.
  • Manage budgets, reports, and strategic plans to drive business success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of technical experience in engineering, chemical sales, or a elated field.
  • A strong grasp of fire protection standards and methodologies (or a keen willingness to learn!).
  • A self-driven, go-getter with outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and commercial awareness.
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy
  • A valid NZ driver’s license and the flexibility to travel as needed.
