About the Role:

Reporting to the National Business Development Manager, you’ll work closely with the fireproofing technical team and in-house fire lab engineers to drive sales, expand market reach, and strengthen client relationships.

  
Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with specifiers, contractors, and industry leaders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing accounts.
  • Develop customised passive fire protection solutions for clients.
  • Deliver technical presentations to engineers, specifiers, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide top-tier customer service and feedback to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to refine products and documentation.
  • Manage reports, budgets, and ensure all activities align with company values.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of technical experience in engineering, chemical sales, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of fire protection standards and methodologies.
  • A self-motivated go-getter with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • An organised and strategic mindset with the ability to plan and execute effectively.
  • A passion for learning and excelling in structural steel fire protection.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
  • Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy.
  • A valid NZ driver’s license and the ability to travel as needed.
