At Scitex, we’re proud to partner with a global food and fermentation business to recruit a Site Manager for their Hamilton-based manufacturing site. This is a well-established, collaborative team who are looking for an experienced leader to take the reins from a long-standing and respected site leader who is progressing into an international role.

As Site Manager, you’ll have responsibility for all on-site operations across production, engineering, quality and health & safety. You’ll lead a team of around 15 and report to the NZ GM, with support from your direct reports – including a Quality/Technical Lead, Production Manager, and Engineering Manager.

This is a hands-on, people-focused leadership role – the plant runs 24/5 and your influence will be felt across every part of the site. It’s an opportunity to build capability, drive performance and develop a high-performing team.
