Quality Assurance Associate

We’re looking for someone who is eager to build a career in Quality Assurance, and is seeking a true part-time role – working weekday mornings from 6:30am to 10:30am, with no expectation of full-time hours for the near future.

Our client is the largest private radiopharmaceutical company in Australia and New Zealand. They develop and manufacture time-critical products that support earlier diagnosis and better treatment for patients. About the Role:
As a QA Associate, you’ll join a small and supportive team responsible for the review and release of products made under GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice). You’ll be working in a professional, clean and regulated setting, and full training will be provided.

You’ll be involved in:

• Reviewing manufacturing documentation and data
• Supporting batch release and compliance activities
• Helping maintain high standards across the site
• Contributing to internal quality processes and reporting

You’ll work Monday to Friday from 6:30am to 10:30am – a perfect schedule for those managing daytime responsibilities or seeking reduced hours.

You might be:

• A caregiver or return-to-work professional looking for stable part-time hours
• A science graduate or student looking for meaningful industry exposure
• Someone with previous lab, manufacturing, or health sector experience (not required, but helpful)

This is a permanent part-time position offering a pro-rata salary of $65,000–$75,000 p.a. + super, based on your experience.
