Production Operator

We are working with a well-established multinational food manufacturing and distribution company that is currently seeking an Operator to support their manufacturing plant based in South/East Auckland.
In this role, you will work across both warehouse and production areas—operating equipment to pick materials, accurately measuring ingredients according to production schedules, and completing all required documentation with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Measure, dispense, and record chemical ingredients accurately in line with production specifications
  • Operate basic machinery and perform manual handling to safely decant chemicals
  • Complete batch documentation and maintain accurate inventory records using Microsoft Excel
  • Liaise with internal teams to provide timely updates on stock levels and production timelines

Skills Required

  • Previous experience in manufacturing, ideally involving blending, batching, or chemical handling
  • Familiarity with GMP standards and procedures
  • Valid forklift license with at least 2 years of forklift operating experience
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills with excellent attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks of up to 25kg.
