Innovation Project Coordinator

At Scitex, we’re working closely with a science-led and customer-centric supplement company, to recruit an Innovation Project Coordinator for a flexible, part-time position – working 30 hours per week. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in science and a passion for nutrition to apply their skills in a commercial, cross-functional setting.

You might be a research-focused Master’s graduate in nutrition or have industry experience in supplements, health products, or related science-based sectors. What’s key is your ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, translate complex information clearly, and support the delivery of new product development (NPD) projects – including health claims and ingredient assessments.

This role supports the Chief Science Officer and broader innovation team, helping to bring new products to market through structured project coordination, scientific research, and effective stakeholder communication.

You’ll bring:

• A tertiary qualification in life sciences (e.g., BSc, MSc) or equivalent experience
• Some exposure to nutrition, supplements, or health-related product development
• Excellent organisation and time management skills – able to juggle multiple projects
• Strong communication skills – able to influence across internal and external teams
• Detail orientation and a scientific mindset – you care about getting things right
