About the Role:
Lead sales strategy, manage distributor network, and support product development in this autonomous role.

We are seeking a dynamic, personable, high-achieving individual with the ability to communicate with a diverse range of clients; including boatbuilders, pleasure craft and boat owners.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate sales strategies to develop your market share. 
  • Maintain relationships with existing distributors. 
  • Analyze sales and customer service, generate leads, and improve the client experience.
  • Assist with product management, ensuring a high level of client.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline in the CRM and weekly reporting. 

Skills & Experience:

  • A personable individual with excellent communication skills. 
  • A strong client focus and strong negotiation skills.
  • To engage clients in a relatable fashion and knowledge of the marine industry. 
  • Excellent time management and self-motivated. 
  • Innovative and driven mindset and preferably with a passion for boating. 
  • Current NZ Driver’s license.
