Scitex Recruitment is seeking a Die Setter for a well-established leader in product development and manufacturing. With over 50 years of experience in precision tooling, CNC machining, and injection molding, this company is offering a fantastic opportunity to join their team on the afternoon shift (Monday to Friday, 3:45pm – Midnight).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate injection molding machines.
  • Set up and verify die conformance to specifications.
  • Monitor machinery to ensure smooth operation and product quality.
  • Perform process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Provide accurate diagnostic support when issues arise.

About You:

  • Experience: At least 2 years working with plastic injection molding is preferred. Ideally someone with enough experience to help / mentor others, would be ideal.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem Solving: Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
  • Mechanical Skills: Confidence in mechanical fittings and some welding/fabrication experience would be advantageous.
