Customer Service / Reception

As a key part of the team, you will be the face and the voice of our client while providing exceptional end-to-end customer support and customer service for external and internal customers. Your knowledge of SAP will ensure you can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide top-tier customer service, handling inquiries via phone and email
• Perform general administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and process customer orders using SAP
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless operations

About You:

• Proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service
• Prior or current receptionist and  customer service skills
• Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail
• Basic competency in using SAP for order processing and customer management
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• You are energetic and thrive in a supportive and busy workplace
