Warehouse Storeperson

We are seeking a Warehouse Store person to help oversee daily operations in a busy, export-focused environment based in East Tamaki. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a supportive, down-to-earth team and brings a positive, can-do attitude to the floor. You will play a key role in keeping things moving smoothly on-site while working closely with wider teams across the business. About the role:
This is a dynamic, multi-functional role offering a variety of responsibilities. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Coordinating the distribution, storage, and transport of goods between sites, clients, and customers. You will be a hands-on team player who leads by example, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and shipments are dispatched on time.
  • Providing essential support to daily operations, including order processing, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.
  • Building strong relationships with teams across the business, such as customer service and production, to ensure smooth and seamless operations.
  • Managing distribution, storage, and export processes effectively.
  • Monitoring inventory and stock levels to maintain accuracy.
  • Upholding safety standards across the team, with experience in handling dangerous goods considered an asset.

Key Requirements:

  • A friendly, people-focused individual with strong intuition and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to build rapport across teams and lead by example through consistent dedication, inspiring and motivating others to achieve shared goals.
  • At least 2 + year’s experience working in a warehousing role within a GMP environment.
  • Ideally experienced leading a small team, or a reliable warehouse worker eager to grow. Solo role with chances to build and lead a team, backed by expert mentoring.
  • Strong computer skills are essential, with experience in SAP considered an advantage.
  • Physically capable of lifting to 20 kg and preferably hold a valid forklift license.
