Production Assistant

Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join the dynamic team to manufacture adhesives and coatings. This is an exciting chance to put your skills to the test in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where all training will be provided to learn manufacturing practices such as blending, decanting and other production related practices.

About the role:

• Measure, weigh, and blend precise quantities of raw materials in large blending tanks
• Operate machinery at precise temperatures and speeds to ensure proper production
• Package products and label, pack, and wrap them onto 15L – 200L drums for dispatch
• Clean IBCs and maintain general housekeeping in the production area
• Demonstrate a strong focus on health, safety, and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in chemical handling, blending, or production processes.
• Ability to repetitively lift up to 25Kgs.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment.
