You’ll engage in areas such as contract negotiation, sustainability initiatives, and cross-team strategy development, making a real difference in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support on diverse legal issues and hands-on involvement in contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and compliance
Collaborate with teams to support corporate governance and ethical standards
Help shape and communicate policies around social responsibility and sustainability
Draft and review commercial agreements, contributing to a range of property and general business projects

What you need to bring:

A background in Law and/or exposure to the Legal function within a business or practice is highly desired.
Exposure to property law, the RMA, or corporate legal practices, or contract negotiation, is preferred
A desire to learn and grow
Great communication and relationship-building skills across teams
A proactive, adaptable, and diligent mindset for tackling a variety of tasks
Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus (not mandatory)
