About the Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technical Services, as a Senior Validation Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our client’s manufacturing equipment, utilities, and facilities meet industry standards. You’ll lead equipment qualification and commissioning activities, write and review validation documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance with GMP requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and perform equipment and facility qualification & validation activities
Develop and review validation protocols, URS, and process documentation
Ensure compliance with GMP and industry standards
Provide technical support to Engineering and Development teams
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies

Key Requirements:

3-5 years proven validation/qualifying experience in a medical device, pharmaceutical or food industry commercial manufacturing setting
Sound understanding of GMP and validation principles
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on approach
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
