About the Role

This is truly a fantastic opportunity for a highly driven Salesperson who is passionate and effective in new business development as well as managing some existing accounts. 

While our client’s products/solutions inherently fit into a ‘technical/construction’ related sector, we are now focused on finding a person who predominantly is sharp and innovative in sales, along with technical aptitude.  Ideally you may have some level of chemistry/coatings knowledge; or you will have a ‘technical bent’ and positive attitude with the ability to pick up new product information, along with an innate ability to engage and gain the respect from a diverse mix of professionals i.e. Engineers, Specifiers, Applicators and End Users. 
This is a fast paced and dynamic role where you will need to be confident in being able to secure targeted and well qualified appointments with decision makers.  You will also need an influential flair to be able to present to a team of Engineers and hold their attention, progressing through a sales process.

Skills & Experience

To be successful in this role you will need to possess:
  • Great sales skills with the ability to relate well to a diverse mix of people
  • Driven for success and be a self starter
  • Technical aptitude ideally with some level of chemistry/construction knowledge
  • Be team oriented where you will support others in their success
  • Have great personal presence and excellent presentation skills
