Key Job Purpose:

The Flow Cytometry Business Development Manager drives growth in the Flow Cytometry portfolio, including Sony spectral flow. Responsibilities include pre-sales activities, building KOL networks, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue flow cytometry opportunities using best-practice sales processes.
  • Exceed sales targets for instrumentation and reagents.
  • Build a network of influential KOLs and manage existing client relationships.
  • Plan and implement user group meetings and provide customer training.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer satisfaction and support new product launches.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required, Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science preferred.
  • Proven sales experience in flow cytometry with instrumentation and reagents.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Proficiency in IT technology and networking.

Travel Requirement:

  • Within Australia for normal duties, occasional travel to Singapore for training & development, and support of the NZ team.
