We’re seeking multiple dynamic Cloud Support Engineers based in both Auckland and Wellington to join our client’s team and be pivotal in revolutionizing areas such as:
  • Media & Content Delivery
  • Database
  • Security Support Engineering
  • Networking Monitoring & Scaling 
About The Roles:
Grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, learn and use ground-breaking technologies, and interact with engineers around the world.  As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will:
  • Act as the ‘Cloud Ambassador’: Represent and advocate for all our client’s cloud products, ensuring clients maximize their product and support investment.
  • Empower Customers: Equip customers with the tools and tactics they need to succeed in their cloud journey.
  • Utilize Cutting-Edge Technologies: Leverage the latest advancements in cloud computing to solve complex problems.
  • Support Diverse Architectures: Help customers understand application architectures and integration approaches.
  • Promote Best Practices: Guide clients on best practices for applications, servers, and networks.

We are ideally seeking candidates with:

  • A Masters or Bachelors tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology or Mechatronics engineering 
  • 1-5 years proven work experience in Cloud Support Engineering technology in either Media & Content Delivery, Database, Security Support or Networking Monitoring & Scaling engineering
  • Experience in system administration and troubleshooting
