With a strong background in protein chemistry you will play a pivotal role in supporting formulation studies for revolutionary products while looking at new ways to ensure maximum efficiencies are achieved within the current process. 

What you will do:

• Lead and support formulation studies to maximize the performance of nutraceutical and cosmetic product technologies, leveraging your protein chemistry knowledge.
• Participate in lab-based evaluation studies to assess the effectiveness of nutraceutical and cosmetic formulations.
• Foster a culture of scientific excellence within the team, providing technical leadership and effective communication.
• Contribute to the development of team capabilities in alignment with business strategy.
• Collaborate with technical transfer teams, facilitating seamless transitions from R&D to pilot-scale manufacturing and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance in various markets.
• Support the manufacturing teams in the
  implementation of process improvement projects
  and new product processes.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and customers, instilling confidence in abilities. 

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline, with a strong focus on protein chemistry.
• Proven experience in nutraceutical and/or cosmetic product development with emphasis on protein-based formulations.
• Excellent technical writing skills for reports and compelling oral presentation abilities.
• Leadership experience from a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
• Experience in GMP-compliant manufacturing is highly desirable.
• Ability to make independent decisions, take ownership of tasks, and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
