Administrator

  • Part time – 30 hours per week Monday to Friday
  • Position available for an immediate start.
  • Short term temporary assignment estimated to be 3-6 months.

Are you an experienced administrator with experienced working in a manufacturing or Engineering? Due to peak season, we are currently seeking an experienced administrator to provide administration assistance to the engineering team to this large manufacturer based in Papakura
  
The role:

  • Use internal software to raise and close PO’s, generate receipts and
  • US MS Excel to update maintenance schedules and track parts.
  • Complete data entry tasks in a timely manner.
  • Supporting engineers with filing technical documents, certifications, or compliance paperwork.
  • Monitoring and tracking expenditures related to engineering projects

The candidate:
Technical familiarity is an added advantage, however job training surrounding internal processes is available for someone who has at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Skills required:

  • Previous administrative experience and ideally exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and MS Suite.
  • Proficiency in MC Office software, with particularly strong Excel skills.
  • A clear communicator with strong problem solving and organisational skills.
  • Able to quickly pick up new processes.
  • High degree of reliability

Due to the frontline nature of this role, this position requires the successful person to be fully on site throughout the assignment.
This is a part time position for 30 hours per week or approx. 6 hours per day however the client is  flexible on the working hours.
