Are you an experienced SAP administrator with experienced working in a manufacturing? Due to an internal promotion, we are currently seeking an experienced administrator to provide accounts administration and general office support for our industrial manufacturing client based in South Auckland.   
  
The role

  • Use the SAP system to input invoices and manage vendors.
  • US MS Excel to generate monthly reports, financial data, and other documents as required.
  • Manage & maintain executive schedules and assist preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes.
  • First point of call for all incoming calls and correspondence for the business.
  • Co-ordinate the preparation of confidential reports and special projects
  • Manage consumables for the office including PPE, First aid and stationary.   
  • Manage supplier contracts and renewals for printers, phones repairs ect.

While on the job training surrounding internal processes is available, this role is best suited to someone who has at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Skills required:

  • Previous administrative experience and ideally exposure to ERP systems such as SAP and MS Suite.
  • A clear communicator with strong customer service skills as required with managing the induction process.
  • Able to quickly pick up new processes.
  • High degree of reliability

Due to the frontline nature of this role, this position requires the successful person to be fully on site throughout the assignment.

Days of work are flexible between Monday to Friday however the hours of work will be set as 8.00am – 16.30pm.
